Democratic congressional candidate Eric Massa is hitting Rep. Randy Kuhl, R-Hammondsport, Steuben County, over his change of heart on the federal bailout package approved last week.
Kuhl said after modifications to the bill he voted in favor of the $700 billion bailout, after voting against the original version a week earlier.
