President Obama will arrive in Buffalo this morning and is scheduled to speak at 11:15 a.m. at the University of Buffalo about higher-education costs.
This morning, the Obama administration said that about 1.4 million undergraduate students are enrolled in colleges across New York and tuition at undergraduate students at public colleges reached $20,443 in New York. Those who need to take out loans leave college with an average of $25,851 in debt, the Obama administration said.
He’ll be speaking at Henninger High School in Syracuse at 6 p.m., and then at Binghamton University tomorrow morning.
