Gov. Andrew Cuomo will give a 10:30 a.m. storm briefing at his Manhattan offices after nearly two feet of snow fell in the lower Hudson Valley and more than two feet hit on eastern Long Island overnight.
Tom Kines, senior meteorologist at AccuWeather, said snowfall in the region totaled 15 to 21 inches in the lower Hudson Valley, with more accumulation in Westchester and Rockland counties than in Putnam, the Journal News reported.
