Live At 11 A.M.: E.J. McMahon On the Budget (Updated)

E.J. McMahon, senior fellow for the Empire Center for New York State Policy, will be live in the Gannett Albany Bureau studio at 11 a.m. today to provide analysis of the 2013-14 budget proposal.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo proposed a $136 billion budget that closes a $1.3 billion budget gap without raising taxes.
