Gov. Andrew Cuomo is holding his first cabinet meeting of 2013 today at 11 a.m.

You can watch it live below. After holding an open house at the governor’s mansion yesterday, Cuomo is back to work today at the Capitol.

The cabinet meeting comes one week before Cuomo will give his State of the State address on Jan. 9, which will officially kick off the 2013 legislative session that runs until June.
