Meet Governor Cuomo at the Executive Mansion

Gov. Andrew Cuomo will again hold an open house at the Executive Mansion in Albany on New Year’s Day.

[1]The event will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 1, 2013.

All adults over the age of 16 wishing to attend must have a ticket. Individuals that receive a ticket will be allowed to bring one guest and any minor children from their household. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Space is limited, according to the governor’s office. If more people are interested in attending than there are spaces available, attendees will be selected by a lottery.

Photography and videography devices will not be allowed on the premises. Guests with prohibited items will be turned away, and no storage or “check-in area” will be provided for such items.

Weapons and controlled substances as well as bags, backpacks, luggage, parcels and briefcases will be strictly prohibited.

Registration opens at noon Thursday and closes Dec. 27 at 6 p.m.
