The Committee for a Strong Economy, the PAC for the Rochester Business Alliance, endorsed 15 state legislative candidates today in the Rochester area, and all but two are Republicans.
“With adoption of a tax cap and revitalized state investment through the Regional Economic Development Councils, our elected officials in Albany have made significant strides toward putting New York state on the path toward lowering our tax burden and promoting economic growth,” said Sandy Parker, the president of the Rochester Business Alliance, in a statement.
The only Democrats to win the group’s endorsement were Assembly members Joseph Morelle and David Gantt.
