The White House this morning released more details about President Obama’s visit to the Capital Region on Monday, his first visit to upstate New York since he was elected.
He will visit Hudson Valley Community College in Troy to tour a technology classroom and give a speech at 11:30 a.m. on the economy. Dr. Jill Biden, wife of Vice President Joe Biden, will join the president. The White House said she has been an educator for 29 years and continues to teach at a community college in the Washington D.C.-area.
